1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to physical addresses within Ridgecrest, CA, and immediate surrounding areas (e.g., Inyokern). We do not deliver to PO boxes, unaddressed locations, or areas outside our service zone. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery eligibility.

2. Delivery Timing

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 30–45 minutes from the time your order is confirmed (during non-peak hours).
  • Peak Hour Delays: Delivery times may extend to 60 minutes during peak periods (e.g., dinner rush, weekends, holidays). We will notify you of significant delays via email or text.
  • No Guaranteed Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates—we are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures, or recipient unavailability).

3. Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery: Orders over $25 (before tax) qualify for free delivery within our core service zone (Ridgecrest city limits).

4. Delivery Process

  • We prioritize contactless delivery by default: your order will be left at your door, and you will receive a notification when it arrives. If you prefer in-person handoff, note this in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Unavailable Recipient: If we cannot contact you or access your delivery address, we will attempt to reach you 2 times (over 10 minutes). If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our location.
