Terms & Conditions
By accessing pizzaspirit.shop, placing an order, or using our delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile app (if applicable), order placement, and delivery services. We may update these Terms periodically; revised versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Order Submission: When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase pizza and/or sides from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (e.g., for ingredient unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email (or app notification) with your order ID only after we accept your request. This confirmation is not a contract until we verify availability and process payment.
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order only if it has not yet entered the preparation stage. Contact us at
fine@pizzaspirit.shopimmediately—we cannot cancel orders that are already being made or delivered.
3. Billing Terms
- Transaction Type: All purchases are one-time transactions—no automatic subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees will be applied to your payment method.
- Billing Description: Charges will appear on your payment statement as:
pizzaspirit.shop - Pizza Purchase - Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes (per California state law). We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), and local payment options. Full payment is required to process your order.
4. Food Safety & Allergens
- We adhere to strict food safety standards, but our kitchen handles common allergens (e.g., dairy, gluten, nuts). We cannot guarantee allergen-free products—notify us of allergies at checkout, and we will take reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination.
- All food is prepared in a commercial kitchen; we are not liable for adverse reactions to allergens or dietary restrictions unless we explicitly confirm an allergen-free preparation.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information (e.g., delivery address, contact number) when placing orders. We are not liable for undelivered or delayed orders due to incorrect details.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities linked to your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Pizza Spirit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., missed events, inconvenience) arising from your order, delivery delays, or food preferences (e.g., disliking the flavor of a pizza).
- Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the affected items.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in Kern County, California courts.
